  • A pickup sale is not finished when the container lands. If your customers cannot get parts, the next order does not come. Here is how we handle parts and service for importers.

    What to stock first

For a first order, the parts that take a vehicle off the road are the ones worth holding:

    • Filters — oil, fuel, air. Highest turnover, lowest value, biggest downtime risk.
    • Brake pads and discs — wear items on any pickup used as a working vehicle.
    • Clutch components — especially on manual-transmission markets.
    • Belts and hoses.
    • Lighting — headlamp units and rear combination lamps.
    • Mirrors and body panels most exposed to damage.

    How parts orders work

Parts ship alongside vehicle orders or as consolidated consignments, so you are not paying a separate freight minimum for a small parts order. Tell us your stock list with the vehicle order and we quote it in the same document.

    Warranty from a distance

The practical way to handle a claim across borders:

    1. Photograph the failed part and the VIN plate.
    2. Send us the VIN, mileage and a short description of the failure.
    3. We assess and confirm whether the part ships under warranty, and with which shipment.

Keeping the VIN list we send with the container matters here — it is the document that ties a unit to your order.

    Technical information for your workshop

We can supply the export specification material for the models you stock, so your technicians are working from the same figures as the factory. Ask for it with your order.

  • Factory service intervals assume moderate conditions. In hot, dusty or high-altitude markets those intervals are too long for filters and too generous for fluids. Here is a practical adjustment.

    Shorten these intervals

    Item Why it shortens
Air filter Dust loading. On unsealed roads, inspect far more often than the book says — replace on condition, not just on distance.
Fuel filter Fuel quality varies. Water and particulates are the main cause of common-rail injector damage.
Engine oil Heat and dust accelerate degradation.
Brake fluid Hygroscopic — absorbs moisture faster in humid heat.
Coolant Check concentration; a weak mix is what causes overheating under load.

    Inspect every service

    • Intercooler and radiator fins — dust and insects block airflow
    • Turbo boost hoses for cracking
    • Differential and transmission breathers, especially if vehicles ford water
    • Leaf spring or coil spring mounts and bushes, depending on model
    • Wheel bearings and ball joints on rough-road vehicles

Two things that protect the engine most

    1. Clean fuel. The common-rail system runs at very high pressure; contaminated fuel is the most expensive failure mode on this engine type.
    2. Clean air. A cheap filter changed often is better value than a premium filter run to destruction.

What to stock in your workshop

Filters (all three), oil, brake pads, belts, hoses, coolant. These cover the majority of routine jobs and keep vehicles off the hoist for the shortest time. See our note on parts and service support for how to order.
