Factory & Quality

From Production Line to Container — How Your Trucks Are Built and Shipped

Buyers in Africa and South America have been burned by suppliers who take a deposit and disappear. So here is exactly how we work, step by step.

1. Production line

The vehicles are built on the assembly line with the manufacturer’s own quality process. Photos and video of the line, body shop, paint shop and final assembly are available on request.

2. Pre-delivery inspection (PDI)

Every unit goes through PDI before it leaves the plant: engine, transmission, brakes, electrical system, air conditioning and a road test. The inspection record is kept for your order.

3. Container loading

Vehicles are loaded into the container, secured, and the container is sealed. You receive photos and video of the loading before the container leaves the yard.

4. Shipping documents

  • Bill of Lading (original + copy)
  • VIN list and vehicle photos
  • Container number and seal number photos

5. Quality control statement

Every unit is PDI-tested before loading. You receive photos, videos and a VIN list for your order before the container is sealed.

6. Factory visit welcome

You are welcome to visit the factory, or to send a third-party inspector before shipment. We will arrange the visit and provide access.

Photo and video placeholders: replace this section with your real production line, PDI and container-loading images and video. Videos should be hosted on YouTube and embedded (do not self-host large video files — bandwidth is billed).
